Thank you for your interest in seeking membership to Heritage Home Scholars (HHS) a Christian Home School organization.
The consideration period for adding new members is open from May 1st to May 31st annually.
Request for membership consideration will be closed at all other times of the year.
Completion of this membership consideration form does not guarantee membership approval into Heritage Home Scholars.
By reading the "About Us" section of the website you will learn more about our Christian beliefs and values which are expressed in our constitution and by-laws. Heritage Home Scholars requires that you answer all questions on this membership request form and click the "Submit" button at the bottom. Once submitted, a member of the HHS Board of Directors will reach out to you to set up an interview time to discuss your potential membership with HHS. You will additionally be required to submit a reference letter from a leader in your current church. Background Screening are required of all adults who attend/volunteer at the Monday academic co-op classes.
If your membership is approved after the interview process and the board agrees that our organization is a good fit for your family then we will send you an acceptance letter along with an invoice for the annual membership fee of $45 to your email.
Once you have paid the membership fee, you will be officially enrolled.

HHS membership does include other areas besides academic co-op classes. With membership comes access to field trips, science fair, history day, speech contest and many other extracurricular activities. Your membership join date will be used to determine your spot on the waiting list for future registration of co-op academic classes.
